At Access Denied, we want you to be fully satisfied with your beauty experience; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns on most items. Please ensure all products are in their original packaging and have not been excessively used to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the beauty products in their original boxes and include the packing slip to ensure your refund is processed accurately.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of generating the label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
